Independent Student-Athlete Recruitment

FIND YOUR NEXT HOME.ON AND OFF THE FIELD.

YOUR EDUCATION. YOUR SPORT. YOUR FUTURE.

ATHLENEXIS supports student-athletes across all sports in exploring academic and athletic opportunities throughout North America. Through personalised consultations, recruitment preparation, university research and placement support, we help athletes and families pursue opportunities suited to their individual ambitions.

Our Mission

We help student-athletes explore suitable academic and athletic opportunities — and make informed decisions about their future.

The objective is not simply to place an athlete at any institution. It is to help each athlete explore the most suitable realistic opportunities available to them — considering sporting background, athletic ability, academic achievements, educational interests, financial circumstances, personal ambitions, development potential, geographical preferences and individual needs.

Reviewing academic background, qualifications and eligibility considerations relevant to North American institutions.

  2. 2

Considering sporting background, athletic ability and development potential in context.

  3. 3

Researching suitable institutions, academic programmes and sporting pathways according to the agreed service.

  4. 4

Preparing recruitment presentation, documentation and readiness for coach communication.

  5. 5

Appropriate outreach and communication with coaches and relevant recruitment contacts.

  6. 6

Evaluating available opportunities and supporting informed decisions about next steps.

A demonstration, not an assessment

This interactive journey illustrates the kind of stages an athlete may move through. It does not save selections, request personal information, or assess any individual's real recruitment chances. The separate six-step recruitment process is described on the How It Works page.

Our Services

Personalised support at every stage

From an initial enquiry through to the highest level of personalised recruitment assistance. Full service details and terms are agreed through approved off-site arrangements.

01

Initial Enquiry

Interested athletes, families and partners may contact ATHLENEXIS through the approved contact channels. An initial enquiry helps us understand the nature of the request and explain the next appropriate step. A basic enquiry is not the same as a paid consultation.

No on-site enquiry form — please use the official Instagram or email channels.

02

Personal Athlete Consultation

Individual consultation for athletes and families covering current sporting situation, academic background, recruitment ambitions, educational goals, financial considerations, preferred destinations, recruitment readiness and suitable next steps.

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian managing communications and participating in consultations.

03

Comprehensive Opportunity Breakdown

A standalone comprehensive consultation and written opportunity breakdown, separate from full recruitment management. The output is a tailored written action plan addressing current position, assessment, strengths and development needs, readiness, potential pathways, preparation, documentation and strategy.

Recommendations do not guarantee recruitment or admission.
